We can supply a range of motor driven dosing pumps ready for use across industry. You can choose from multiple options for flow rates, operating pressures. We offer models with full ATEX rating for hazardous environments and pumps compliant with FDA regulation for the food industry.

Because we maintain close ties with our manufacturer Fimars the dosing pumps are available with a short lead time. Therefore your specification can be built and delivered to you in a timely manner.

Our two main models are the MIA and NEO.

We can supply a spares kit to further extend the warranty period to 36 months. This includes suction and discharge valves, a diaphragm and an oil container so you enjoy greater reliability.

MIA Motor Driven Diaphragm PumpsDosing Pumps: MIA Series Pump

The MIA series work at flow rates of up to 1000 L/H and pressures of up to 8 bar. You can choose a number of material configurations and so ensure full chemical compatibility. Control options include 4-20mA or 0-10V control (via an actuator or a motor suitable for inverter control).

Like all of our motor pumps, the MIA range is available with full ATEX rating (Zone 1 and Zone 2) and optional FDA compliance certification. Because of our good ties with Fimars you may expect delivery inside one working week for any common build, examine the MIA in detail here.

 

NEO Series Motor Driven Dosing Pumps

The NEO series are plunger pumps capable at operating at pressures of up to 10 bar. Additionally they deliver flow rates of up to 204 L/H and dosing accuracy of +/- 2% at any pressure (between 10 & 100% of the rated flow). The NEO series can also be supplied with full ATEX rating (Zone 2), optional FDA compliance certification and 4-20mA or 0-10V control options, examine the NEO in detail here.
